Understanding Hybrid Wiped-Film Distillation

Hybrid Wiped-Film Distillation uniquely combines low thermal stress processing capabilities with the enhanced separation efficiency of a Packed Fractionating Column. This approach allows the wiped-film to act as a once-through, low thermal stress, and low hold-up partial reboiler for the distillation process.
